today we went 2 st marys cathedral n st james anglican church 4 our re xcursion. st james cathedral had all these random stone stuff evrywhere. n there was this man talkin but no1 could hear him n it was probli very borin aniwae. than st marys cathedral was depressivish which wasn nic, n really cool-lyk cold inisde=]

bruschetta bread

todae in food tech i made sum very nic bruschetta bread, its italian or sumthin. OMG it tastes sooo nice leh!! me want 2 make it again><

Recipe

You need:

-3 tomatoes

-Garlic

-Half a onions

-Bruschetta bread

-Basil leaves

-Vinegar (a tablespoon or you can add more or less)

-Olive oil (a tablepoon or you can add more or less)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degress.

2. Chop the bruschetta bread up, diagonnally.

3. Finely chop tomatoes, onions basil leaves and put them in a bowl. Please do not add the basil leaf's stem in.

4. Peel and chop and crush the garlic.

5. Mix garlic and olive oil together.

6. Put the garlic mixture on the bread.

7. Put in the oven for 5-10 mins.

8. Mix up the tomatoes, onions, and basil leaves chopped earlier.

9. Take the bread out of the oven and put the vinegar on it.

10. Top the bread with the tomato mixture.

11. YAY!! you're done--enjoy^^
